Description

The Government of India set up the National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC) Public Private Partnership (PPP) in 2008 to ensure that India creates infrastructure to train - 4.6 million in next Ten years which will be required to substantiate the growth.

India will have the youngest population in the world with almost 65 % of the population will be below the age of 35. India can create pool of talented people required for Indian growth and also support the world with fresh talent.

Gem and Jewellery industry currently employing 4.5 million and as per survey by NSDC and ICRA, there will be requirement of additional 4 million people in next 10 years.

In the Gem & Jewellery Industry four major bodies have joined hands to formulate the Gem & Jewellery Skill Council of India GJSCI.

In accordance with the definition of business actor and business role in Archimate (Chapt. 4) an actor is defined as an entity capable of (actively) performing behaviour, and a role is defined as a named specific behaviour of an actor participating in a particular context (typically a collaboration (ref. Archimate's business collaboration) or interaction; ref. Interaction Dictionary.)

In a societal architecture an actor is of level pico, micro, meso or macro.

The pico level actor, a human, is part of the Natural Order and participates as a natural person in the Social Order and the Techno Order.

Actors at the levels micro, meso and macro are socially created as legal person with varying claims on resources and duties. (Societal) Architecture Principles would typically capture the variation of these claims in relationship to the kind of assets.
