Outside Odisha, Savara speakers are mainly recorded in Andhra Pradesh in Srikakulam - श्रीकाकुलम (51,840) and Vizianagaram - विजियनगरम (22,612); in West Bengal in Uttar Dinajpur - उत्तर दिनाजपुर (8,429),Murshidabad - मुर्शिदाबाद (6,579), Maldah - मालदा (6,367), Dakshin Dinajpur - दक्षिण दिनाजपुर (1,453), Puruliya - पुरूलिया (1,180) and Jalpaiguri - जलपाईगुड़ी (401), in Tripura in West Tripura - पश्चिम त्रिपुरा (2,069), South Tripura - दक्षिण त्रिपुरा (1,887), Dhalai - धलाई (363) and North Tripura - उत्तर त्रिपुरा 301); and in Assam in Udalguri - उदालगुड़ी (1,692), Sonitpur - सोनितपुर (1,208) and Karbi Anglong - कार्बी आंग्लंग (518).
