Rabha speakers are seen in:

Among the districts in Assam, the highest numbers of Rabha speakers is spread in:

- Baksa - बाक्सा (2,275),

- Sonitpur - सोनितपुर (1,143),
- Kamrup Metropolitan - कामरूप महानगर (1,102) and

Outside Assam, significant number of Rabha speakers is distributed in Meghalaya in West Garo Hills - वेस्ट गारो हिल्स (16,140), East Garo Hills - ईस्ट गारो हिल्स (4,929), Ribhoi - रिभोइ (283), and East Khasi Hills - ईस्ट खासी हिल्स (235); in West Bengal in Jalpaiguri - जलपाईगुड़ी (13,192) and Koch Bihar - कोच बिहार (1,183); in Gujarat in Banas Kantha - बनास कांठा (982) and in Rajasthan in Hanumangarh - हनुमानगढ़ (1,183).
